This position plays a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems meet established standards and meet customer requirements. The role partners closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams while serving as a point of contact for external calibration providers and ESD suppliers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, a commitment to compliance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n\nPerform and support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements, procedures, and established standards.\n\nManage and coordinate calibration activities, including working directly with external calibration providers to maintain equipment calibration records and schedules.\n\nSupport and monitor the site's ESD program, including audits, inspections, training support, and coordination with ESD suppliers.\n\nPartner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to investigate findings, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation, compliance records, and reports while communicating audit, ESD, and calibration results to leadership .\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners .\n\nMust be able to read, write, and speak English.\n\nTechnical associate’s degree preferred.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is preferred .\n\nExperience supporting quality audits, compliance programs, or quality systems preferred.\n\nKnowledge of ESD controls, ESD auditing practices, and compliance requirements preferred.\n\nExperience coordinating or managing calibration programs and calibration records preferred.\n\nAbility to work directly with external calibration providers and ESD suppliers.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\n\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\n\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
