Responsibilities include:\r\nSupport the development, justification, and execution of program and organizational budgets\r\nPrepare budget documentation, spend plans, and financial status reports\r\nTrack obligations, expenditures, and funding status across various accounts\r\nAnalyze financial data to provide decision support to leadership\r\nEnsure alignment with agency funding guidance, fiscal law, and internal controls\r\nParticipate in budget reviews and provide recommendations for reprogramming or adjustments\r\nCoordinate with program managers, acquisition staff, and external stakeholders to ensure financial data integrity\r\nIdentify risks and variances in execution and propose mitigations\r\nMaintain accurate and current records in financial tracking tools\r\nProvide audit support and documentation as required\r\nQualificationsRequired:\r\n4+ years of experience with a Master's in a related field.\r\nOR10 years of related experience with a High School Diploma/GED.\r\nOR8 years of related experience with an Associate degree.\r\nOR6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.\r\nAND\r\nActive Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph.\r\nProficiency in financial management processes, procedures, and policies.\r\nFamiliarity with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExperience in DoD or IC financial planning and execution activities.\r\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nDesired:\r\nMaster's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field\r\nExperience working with NRO (highly preferred) or other IC budgetary systems\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nSalary RangeUSD $125,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.
