contribute to shared components and reusable libraries.\r\nLeverage modern developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and \"vibe coding\" practices responsibly (reviewed outputs, secure patterns, tests).\r\nEnsure confidentiality and compliance, especially in healthcare contexts where HIPAA/PHI controls may apply (least privilege, auditability, secure handling).\r\nMaintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) policies, procedures and mission statement.\r\nAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.\r\nFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.\r\nJob Requirements\r\n8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#) building web APIs and services (ASP.NET Core, minimal APIs, background processing).\r\n5+ years of experience with Angular building enterprise web applications (components, routing, forms, state patterns).\r\nStrong experience with MS SQL Server (data modeling, performance tuning, indexing, query plans, migrations).\r\n5+ years of experience building and operating solutions on Azure Cloud (App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, monitoring).\r\nExperience building secure apps with authentication/authorization (Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, token validation, API security).\r\nStrong understanding of unit testing and automated testing practices\r\nBackend: xUnit/NUnit + mocking frameworks\r\nFrontend: Jasmine/Jest/Karma + Angular testing utilities\r\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD (build pipelines, environment configs, secrets management, deployments, rollback strategy).\r\nSolid knowledge of software design and architecture fundamentals (layering, separation of concerns, domain modeling, API versioning).\r\nAbility to work independently, deliver to deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.\r\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications\r\nUI libraries and design systems: Angular Material, Tailwind CSS, and component documentation practices.\r\nStorybook JS experience for component-driven development, documentation, and visual regression workflows.\r\nExperience with performance optimization (frontend runtime performance, backend profiling, SQL tuning, caching strategies).\r\nFamiliarity with micro-frontend patterns, module federation, or reusable library design (shared UI kits, shared services).\r\nHealthcare domain knowledge, including HIPAA awareness and handling of sensitive data.\r\nExperience with security scanning and quality tooling (SAST/DAST concepts, dependency scanning, code coverage).\r\nStrong adoption of GitHub Copilot with guardrails (prompting patterns, review discipline, test-first usage).\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field;
