We are a dynamic and patient-centered psychiatric clinic focused on providing innovative and evidence-based treatments for individuals dealing with mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression. As part of our integrative approach, we offer FDA-approved esketamine (Spravato) therapy and are seeking a qualified FNP or PA to join our collaborative care team as a Family Medicine Provider.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Position Overview:The Provider will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients receiving Spravato treatment, ensuring medical appropriateness, overseeing administration, and collaborating closely with our psychiatric providers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient evaluations and clearances for Spravato therapyMonitor patients during and after administration of SpravatoCollaborate with psychiatric team members on treatment planning and patient progressDocument all encounters and monitor treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols and state/federal guidelinesEnsure safety protocols and REMS compliance are followedQualifications:Board-certified FNP or PAActive, unrestricted NP or PA license in CaliforniaExperience or interest in psychiatric care or ketamine/Spravato treatment preferredComfortable working in a multidisciplinary environmentCompassionate, patient-focused, and strong communication skillsWhat We Offer: xaygatp Independent Contractor/1099 Compensation in the $75 - $85/hr rangeFlexible schedulingSupportive, team-oriented environmentTraining in Spravato administration and ongoing clinical supportIf you?re a compassionate provider with an interest in cutting-edge psychiatric treatments, we?d love to hear from you!Job Type: ContractPay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
