Maintenance Technician

Garden View Assisted Living & Memory Care is currently seeking a dependable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include: · Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry) · Completing duties in a timely manner · Conducting preventative maintenance and safety checks · Maintaining grounds and common areas · Assisting with apartment turnovers and minor renovations · Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility policies Qualifications: · Previous maintenance experience required (healthcare and senior living preferred) · General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently · Organizational and time management skills · Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude · Must submit to drug test and background check · Free employee meals!
