Job Title: PLM AdministratorLocation: Manhattan, NY (Remote)Duration: ContractRole DescriptionIndividual contributor responsible for owning master data within our PLM system to support end-to-end product development process and proper execution of products. Must understand garment construction, bill of materials (BOM) and product specification package. Demonstrates a passion for the brand and relies on ingenuity to plan and accomplish goals.POSITION DETAILS:Product Coordinators support Centric seasonal folder creations for teams’ seasonal libraries and tracking.Color code creation and maintenance of vendor selected colors for RM development.Color codes creation and maintenance of prints, graphics and washes for development, strike offs and tracking.Colorway code creation and maintenance as per guardrails for Style BOM, sample creation & tracking, bulk production, PO tracking, Merchant adoptions & for data feeding into the website.Export Merchants Assortment Tool report to reconcile against Centric data.Style management including carrying over styles, moving and dropping styles as assortment progresses for all teams reporting and tracking and vendor development.Filling out BOMs with color per each product component by colorway as per guardrails for lab dips, costing, sample creation, bulk production, and color commits.Able to manage 2500 colorways per season.Add color codes on Design’s linesheets for all teams tracking.Manage multiple categories at a time.Understand Milestone meetings cadences, support existing processes and meet calendarized pass off deadlines on time.Support product assortment changes, action and send post meeting recaps, follow ups and completion emails.Attend weekly deliverables and Cross Functional touch base meetings.Attend and conduct LIVE BOM review meetings for Color Blitz and Details milestones.Maintain/update existing cheat sheets and HOW TO documents.Centric experts in this role drive trainings, troubleshoots and serves as a System Master Expertise (SME) to enhance the system.RESPONSIBILITIES:Personal professionalism and accountabilityHighly motivated, passionate and results orientedMust be extremely detail-oriented and deliver accurate workMust be time-focused, proactive, and meet deadlines on timeAbility to work with overlapping seasonal calendar cadences, moving deadlines and handle multiple projects successfullyChampion for change and able to react with speed and agilityEffective, clear communication and follow up skillsCollaborative partner with a team-oriented approach and ability to work with cross-functional teamsHighly organizedFlexible and creative problem solverInnovative thinker with passion for improvements in technology and business processQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree or related experience5+ years Fashion industry experience preferredExperience using PLM systems (Centric PLM experience a plus)Knowledge of Adobe programs including Illustrator and InDesignKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including TeamsMust have strong communication and organizational skillsProven ability to work on teams and build relationships
