Our projects vary, giving our apprentices the opportunity to develop a broad range of electrical skills.\n\n*Experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us.*\n\nYou don't need to know everything. We will teach the right person. You do need to show up ready to work, listen, ask questions, and put in the effort to improve.\n\n*What You'll Be Doing*\n\nYou'll work alongside licensed electricians and gain hands-on experience with:\n\n- Commercial and industrial electrical installations\n\n- Residential service\n\n- Conduit bending and installation\n\n- Wire, devices, fixtures, panels, disconnects, motors, and electrical equipment\n\n- Troubleshooting and electrical testing\n\n- Reading plans, diagrams, and schematics\n\n- Learning the National Electrical Code and proper installation methods\n\n- Using hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment safely\n\n- Material handling, jobsite setup, organization, and cleanup\n\n*We aren't looking for someone who is afraid to work.*\n\nElectrical work can be physically demanding. Some days involve working outside in the Texas heat or cold, climbing ladders, pulling heavy wire, carrying conduit, digging, or working in dirty industrial environments.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, accepts constructive criticism, and wants to understand *why* something is done—not just how to do it.\n\nPrevious electrical or construction experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate.\n\n*Integrity Required.*\n\nOur customers trust us with their homes, businesses, and facilities, and we take that responsibility seriously.
