Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Finance Lead based in Austin, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The SAP Finance Lead will be responsible for leading SAP FICO projects, analyzing business finance processes, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and organizational objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to gather requirements, consulting on best practices, managing data integrity related to master data, and providing ongoing support to elevate financial operations through SAP systems. Qualifications Proficiency in SAP FICO with hands-on experience in configuration and implementation with Public cloud projects.Strong Business Process understanding and the ability to align them with SAP solutionsAnalytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and design innovative solutionsExperience in Master Data management, including accuracy and consistency within financial processesConsulting expertise with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and delivering client-focused outcomesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is highly preferredExperience in SAP S/4HANA is a plusAbility to manage hybrid working arrangements effectively
