Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and monitoring systems, implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining documentation and best practices.
