electronic-attack capabilities that enable operational forces to control and exploit the electromagnetic spectrum.\nSupport systems designed to detect, identify, deny, degrade, deceive, disrupt, or counter adversary radar, communications, targeting, and integrated air-defense capabilities.\nEvaluate EW system requirements, radio-frequency performance, system interfaces, platform impacts, power and cooling requirements, software dependencies, and operational considerations.\nSupport advanced electronic-warfare capability development intended to address emerging threats and evolving operational requirements.\nCoordinate technical and programmatic activities involving hardware, software, firmware, mission data, threat libraries, electronic-attack techniques, and aircraft interfaces.\nCoordinate with electronic-warfare subject-matter experts, intelligence organizations, warfare centers, laboratories, operational test organizations, platform offices, and fleet users.\nSupport the transition of capabilities from science and technology or advanced development into formal acquisition, testing, production, deployment, and sustainment.\nHelp ensure electronic-attack capabilities remain operationally relevant against rapidly changing threat systems and electromagnetic-spectrum environments.\n\nAcquisition and Program Analysis\n\nSupport program planning and execution in accordance with DoD acquisition policies, the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and applicable Department of the Navy and NAVAIR guidance.\nSupport multiple acquisition efforts at different life-cycle stages, including technology maturation, engineering and manufacturing development, production, deployment, modernization, and sustainment.\nTrack acquisition requirements, contract deliverables, technical milestones, schedules, funding actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics.\nAnalyze cost, schedule, performance, and technical information to identify trends, execution challenges, and potential program risks.\nSupport the development and maintenance of acquisition documentation, program plans, integrated master schedules, technical roadmaps, spend plans, budget materials, and leadership briefings.\nManage multiple concurrent assignments involving different electronic-warfare systems, acquisition phases, contractors, and government stakeholders.\nSupport production readiness, delivery planning, fleet introduction, training, logistics demonstrations, and operational deployment.\nEvaluate sustainment requirements, obsolescence risks, diminishing manufacturing sources, support-equipment needs, and future modernization priorities.\nAssist with maintaining configuration control and technical baselines across development, production, deployed, and international system configurations.\nSupport efforts to improve system readiness, mission availability, affordability, maintainability, and life-cycle performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in a related field plus 15 years of experience supporting a similar DoD program.\nAt least ten years of relevant systems-engineering, acquisition, program-analysis, electronic-warfare, or DoD aviation experience.\nDemonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, military aviation systems, electronic-warfare capabilities, or complex defense-system development and integration.\nExperience analyzing technical requirements, risks, schedules, contractor deliverables, and program-performance information.\nAbility to interpret and communicate complex technical and programmatic information to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.\nActive DoD Secret security clearance.
