Do you thrive on turning strategy into execution across complex, enterprise-scale manufacturing initiatives?We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who brings a strong combination of manufacturing process domain expertise, technical acumen, and enterprise-scale project leadership. In this role, you’ll support complex Digital Transformation and Smart Manufacturing initiatives, working across customers, internal delivery teams, and executive stakeholders.You’ll function as both a project manager and an analyst—actively contributing during customer workshops, asking the right technical and process-driven questions, and ensuring strategy is successfully translated into execution.What You’ll Be Working OnProject Leadership & Delivery•   Lead end-to-end delivery of technical, software-driven manufacturing projects.•   Serve as the primary customer-facing project leader, ensuring alignment on scope, outcomes, and success metrics.•   Track risks, dependencies, financials, and milestones, and proactively manage change.•   Communicate progress and outcomes through clear executive-level reporting and dashboards.•   Act as a champion of customer success, ensuring delivered solutions create measurable operational value.Customer Engagement & Analysis•   Facilitate and actively participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and PI planning events.•   Ask probing questions to uncover process gaps, system constraints, and business objectives.•   Translate strategy and requirements into clear execution plans, user stories, and delivery roadmaps.•   Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and domain experts across On Time Edge.Enterprise Agile & Jira Align•   Manage work across Portfolio, Program, and Team hierarchies using Jira Align, Atlassian’s enterprise program and portfolio management platform.•   Support and coordinate SAFe-based and large-scale Agile transformations.•   Facilitate PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.•   Track OKRs, strategic themes, and lean budgets.•   Provide visibility through executive dashboards and financial tracking, aligning delivery across dozens to hundreds of teams where applicable.What You Bring to the TableRequired Qualifications•   5+ years of experience in technical project management or project management analysis.•   Strong manufacturing process domain experience.•   Hands-on experience with one or more major industrial platforms, such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or Honeywell.•   Expertise in at least one system or solution managed by On Time Edge.•   Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.•   Proven experience using Jira and Jira Align in enterprise or SAFe environments.•   Ability to actively engage—not just facilitate—in workshops and technical discussions.Preferred Qualifications•   Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile or SAFe transformations.•   Background in Smart Manufacturing or Digital Transformation programs.•   Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.•   Ability to communicate
