Our storesfranchisee started as a delivery driver in 1992.Requirements:Operate all equipment.Stock ingredients.Prepare products.Receive and process telephone orders.Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.Clean equipment and facility daily.Training:Orientation and training provided on the job.Skills Needed:Ability to comprehend and communicate well verbally and written with customersand co-workers both over the phone and in person.Work Conditions:Exposure to temperature changes ranging from 32 to 90 degrees in varying workareas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped working areas, hotsurfaces/tools and moving mechanical parts.Additional InformationPhysical Demands:Exposure to standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing,stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching and use of hands are to beexpected in performing all job tasks from preparing product, taking orders,cleaning, stocking and operating equipment.
