Core hours for 3rd shift are Sunday - Thursday, 9:30pm - 5:30am.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nThis position will lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians to achieve established maintenance goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, labor efficiency, and workplace organization.\r\n\r\nLeads and supervises maintenance technicians to achieve established maintenance goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, labor efficiency, and workplace organization.\r\nSupports the production activities by maintaining the production equipment and provides assistance to maintain the facility systems.\r\nManages the educational pay program for all maintenance technicians.\r\nPartners with manufacturing engineering team to lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.\r\nParticipates in product support teams to improve equipment uptime.\r\nCreate or check purchase requisitions, makes sure parts are ordered, check status of delivery, and check delivered items.\r\nSupports the MRO Stockroom with parts inventory management.\r\nManages applicable budgets for equipment repairs, parts, and supplies.\r\nTrouble shoot problems that arise on the production floor throughout the day.\r\nCommunicates the need for any follow up work to all shifts as required.\r\nPrioritize work orders and delegates responsibilities for work orders.\r\nUtilizes corporate CMMS program to measure team performance working towards \"World Class Maintenance\" status.\r\nProvides safety training and technical training for the maintenance team in compliance with OSHA and corporate safety program requirements.\r\nProvide communication for equipment repair status updates to manufacturing.\r\nCoordinates equipment manufacturer representatives to conduct repairs and major PMs.\r\nHas daily contact with all employees within assigned area and plant management.\r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\r\n5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment\r\nTechnical maintenance experience and skill including a strong sense for safety\r\nProblem solving and conflict management skills\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nStrong initiative and follow through\r\nStrong oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\nDegree in Engineering, Industrial Technology Management, Operations Management, or similar\r\nExperience with troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems\r\nPrior experience supervising within a Maintenance department\r\nExperience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on refrigeration and/or high-end consumer products.\r\nFamiliarity with Windows-based PC software as well as AS400 ERP Systems, and MAXIMO\r\n\r\nWe value our employees by providing\r\n\r\nCompetitive compensation based on skills\r\nIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plans\r\nGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing\r\nOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths\r\nEducation assistance and internal training programs\r\nElectric vehicle charging\r\nMaternity & paternity leave\r\n\r\nInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
