A DM supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure excellent restaurant operations, helps to maximize sales and profits of each restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.\r\nHere's what's in it for you:\r\nTo keep our amazing team running, employees at our Dunkin' Restaurant enjoy a bunch of perks:\r\n\r\nCompetitive Pay\r\nCareer development and growth\r\nTraining and ongoing development opportunities\r\nBonus potential*\r\n401k*\r\nMedical/Vision/Dental*\r\neligibility requirements\r\n\r\nResponsibilities Include\r\n\r\nAble to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.\r\nEnsure all restaurants in their portfolio are meeting Brand operational standards and food safety standards.\r\nAnalyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability.\r\nUnderstand local marketing area and competitor trends.\r\nEstablish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.\r\nProvides great guest service and resolves issues.\r\nLead team meetings\r\nDeliver training to restaurant managers on a variety of topics including marketing windows and LTOs and Brand initiatives.\r\nEnsure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window.\r\nDevelop business plans for their portfolio and develop action plans with franchise owners.\r\nDrive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the team.\r\nEngages with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.\r\n\r\nManagement Responsibilities Include\r\n\r\nRecruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.\r\nPlan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.\r\nManage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support their restaurant performance & execution.\r\nCoach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.\r\n\r\nEducation/Experience:\r\n\r\nBasic computer skills\r\nFluent in spoken and written English\r\nBasic math and financial management\r\n3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality\r\nCollege degree preferred\r\n\r\nKey Competencies\r\n\r\nStrong analytical skills and business acumen\r\nWorks well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environment.\r\nOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude.\r\nWillingness to learn and embrace change.\r\nGuest focused.\r\nAbility to train and develop a team.\r\nTime management\r\nProblem solving\r\nMotivating others\r\n\r\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\r\n\r\nStanding on feet\r\nRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching.\r\nLifting packages\r\nWearing a headset (if applicable)\r\nWorking in a small space\r\nRequires travel between restaurants.\r\n\r\nYou are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Dunkin' or any of their affiliates.
