Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a positive and confidence-boosting experience.\nThis Team Member Must uphold the Artemis Wax Core Values:\nWe are Team Players\nWe Play to Win\nWe Bring the Energy\nWe are Committed\nResponsibilities: Essential Job Functions\nPerform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.\nBuild a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.\nEducate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.\nUphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.\nMaintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.\nContribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.\nTrain and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.\nWork Environment\nMust be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.\nMust be able to adapt to change in activity frequently as the business requires.\nMost work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.\nMust be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required.
