This role is not merely administrative; it requires a deep understanding of clinical informatics to lead a \"team-of-teams\" in a Scaled Agile environment. The PPM is responsible for the delivery of over 200+ complex informatics features annually, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the VHA Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI).\nDetailed Scope of Work & PWS Alignment:\nPortfolio & Program Governance: Establish the programmatic infrastructure for the OIP. Replace traditional waterfall reporting with SAFe® metrics, including Flow Efficiency, Velocity, and Predictability.\nStrategic Risk Management: Conduct enterprise-level risk management, including the development of risk registers, mitigation plans, and impact evaluations for EHR modernization activities.\nAgile Transformation Leadership: Drive the \"Agility at Scale\" requirement.
