No on-call, weekends, or holidays.Generous Paid Time Off401(k)Comprehensive Health BenefitsMalpractice insurance providedLicense reimbursement and CEU supportPaid training and onboardingOngoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult accessAutonomy with support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver person-centered care using evidence-based practicesManage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facilityProvide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment servicesProvide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or familiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary facility teamsComplete timely documentation (within 24 hours)Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualificationsQualifications:Licensed PMHNP in the state of practice.Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.Proficient with EHRs and clinical technologyStrong communicator with a collaborative mindset
