Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Oracle database objects, including:\nPL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers\nTables, views, indexes, and materialized views\nPerformance tuning and query optimization\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nPerform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.\nCreate technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and deployment plans.\nSupport application releases, code promotions, and change management activities.\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.\nCommunication & Leadership Responsibilities\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and design reviews.\nClearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nProvide status updates, risks, and dependencies to management.\nCollaborate with QA, developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions on schedule.\nDocument solutions thoroughly and maintain high-quality technical documentation.\nParticipate in client meetings and confidently present technical recommendations.\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience:\nKey Skills;Primary Skill: PL/SQL\nSecondary Skill: ETL\nTertiary Skill: SQL\nOracle Database (12c/19c or later)\nAdvanced PL/SQL development\nSQL performance tuning\nData modeling and database design\nVersion control tools (Git, Bitbucket)\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise applications\nRequired Communication Skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nStrong presentation and stakeholder-management skills\nAbility to gather and clarify complex requirements\nExperience leading technical discussions and working sessions\nAbility to communicate effectively with senior management and business users\nStrong documentation and analytical skills\nPreferred Characteristics\nProactive problem solver\nDetail-oriented and highly organized\nCustomer-focused mindset\nAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.\nOur client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
