As an Instructor with Elemental Hardware, you will use your classroom management skills to engage students in a variety of project-based learning experiences that expose them to unique career pathway options.\nYou will master delivering different hands-on programs and lessons we offer across our program lines (current programs: DIY Builders, DIY Makers, and Grow-It-Yourself) and provide critical insight and feedback from the classroom that informs leadership on program health, quality, and opportunities to improve.\nAs part of a school site team you may work alongside other Elemental Hardware staff as well as partner staff to supervise youth during transitions, snack, dismissal, and homework help as well as support the overall organization of the school site. In the classroom, you are primarily working independently with groups of up to 20 students.\nAfter each class, during team meetings, and in professional development opportunities, you will share vital feedback and insights that will directly influence the quality and content of our programs and training. Instructors may also have opportunities to participate in community events (some travel required).\nThis role reports to the Program Supervisor.
