No prior pest control experience is required. We provide complete paid training and cover all costs for the required state pest control certification exam. As an Initial Service Technician, you will perform initial pest control treatments for new customers, deliver high-quality service, and build strong customer relationships. You will work in a variety of residential and commercial settings, both indoors and outdoors, and in all weather conditions. A company vehicle and fuel card for work and your commute are a great perk of the job!\nCompensation\nBase pay ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 per month before bonuses, depending on performance and production.
