Responsibilities Perform welding operations on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of welding equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred. Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.). Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid welding certification is a plus.
