You’ll get to:\nDevelop, review, and maintain technical standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational quality expectations.\nSet and drive system architecture definition and engineering standards for new product development while partnering with cross-functional product development teams.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes and methodologies.\nManage tasks effectively based on project schedules and scope in a fast-paced environment, while proactively identifying and mitigating scope creep.\nCollaborate closely with mechanical, hardware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.\nEvaluate schematics and layout design practices and quickly identify single-fault failures and other critical design risks.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams developing electronic hardware designs for the power tool industry.\nConduct design reviews of technical documentation and electrical designs with a focus on system safety, product quality, and engineering best practices.\nSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex electronic issues across products and platforms.\nParticipate in safety reviews, conduct system fault hazard analysis, and assess platformed component integration for compatibility, functionality, and best practices.\n\nThe Person:\nYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
