{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"99d2ca10decdfc1eef999f13","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/99d2ca10decdfc1eef999f13","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/99d2ca10decdfc1eef999f13","title":"Quality Control Technician (PCB Manufacturing) | 1st Shift","description":"Description:\n\nScope:\n\nInspect and evaluate final products to ensure compliance to customer requirements prior to delivery.\n\nEssential Job Function:\n\n Be able to complete AS 9102 Reports\nPerform Final Inspection on finished product to ensure compliance to customer requirements.\nRead customer drawings\nPerform measurements with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gages.\nPerform rework as appropriate, which may include mask touch-up, material removal with an x-acto knife, burnishing, soldering irons, final finish brush plating, sanding\nVerify acceptability of rework after completion\nIdentify and mark non-conforming product to ensure it is not delivered\nPrepare standard and AS9102 First Article Reports as needed\nVerify certifications and reports are complete and accurate and can be used for final acceptance and certification of product\nComplete Deliverables for Customers and ensure they are complete and accurate\nComplete department logs and record yield data as required\nPerform preventative maintenance as defined by department maintenance schedule\nSupport other work areas or departments as required by production or management.\nAbility to work overtime as requested\nKeep work area clean and organized\n\nWork schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.\n\nRequirements:\n\nEssential Qualifications, Education and Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nOne year of PCB manufacturing experience\nOne year knowledge of AS9100\nOne year knowledge of IPC-6012, or IPC-6013\nOne year knowledge of IPC-600\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\n\nStrong work ethic\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nProlonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.\nFine motor skills\nAbility to use microscopes for long periods of time performing job duties\n\nCompensation/Benefits:\n\nCalifornia Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour USD | DOE\n\nThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.\n\nAdvanced PCB offers a variety of health and benefit programs.
