Executive Assistant to the CROUS-based, fully remote position supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The role is an individual contributor responsible for managing complex calendars across global time zones, providing advanced administrative support, coordinating global travel and events, and handling confidential information with discretion. The position reports directly to the CRO and aligns with West Coast (PT) standard work hours.What You'll DoManage complex and dynamic calendars, balancing priorities across global time zones.Anticipate needs and ensure the executive is fully prepared for meetings, presentations, and external engagements.Provide timely support and follow-through during extended business hours, ensuring alignment with the executive's working pace and priorities.Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.Monitor, organize, and streamline email and communications to maximize executive focus and effectiveness.Draft and refine correspondence, presentations, and briefing documents with clarity and professionalism.Serve as the executive's administrative liaison with senior leaders, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.Coordinate logistics for board-level and client-facing engagements, ensuring a polished experience.Collaborate regularly with the Chief of Staff to the CRO and other Executive Assistants across IDC.Travel & Event ManagementPlan and manage complex domestic and international travel with foresight, ensuring itineraries are efficient, practical, and aligned with executive priorities.Anticipate potential conflicts and proactively adjust schedules to minimize friction and maximize productivity.Prepare comprehensive itineraries and briefing materials that include logistics, meeting context, and key stakeholder details.Ensure seamless transitions between meetings, events, and travel segments, with a focus on keeping the executive prepared and effective.Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites, board meetings, and external events with a high degree of precision and professionalism.Operational AdministrationProcess and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain organized systems for documents, contacts, and records.Collaborate with internal administrative teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.What You Bring7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-level, in a global and fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with precision and discretion.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level documents.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).What We Offer15 vacation days (prorated based on start date)12 company-paid holidays6 paid sick days (prorated based on start date; may vary by state)Medical, dental, and vision coverage2 floating holidays (prorated based on start date)1 volunteer day401(k) company match (IDC matches 3% on the first 6% of employee contributions)Company-paid short-term disabilityCompany-paid life insuranceCompany-paid parental leaveCompensation TransparencyAt IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
