This position will report directly to the Founder and Leadership Team and support day-to-day operations, office culture, and agency marketing initiatives. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners (including Accounting, HR, IT, and other vendors), helping to ensure priorities are executed efficiently and timelines are met.In this role, the Executive Operations Manager will help manage priorities, coordinate key meetings, and drive follow-through on critical initiatives. This individual will play an integral role in maintaining momentum across the business, supporting internal alignment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of operations and internal communications.An ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit, with a strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and proactively support a fast-paced environment. This individual must also demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, handling information with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.**This is a new role and will be a temp-perm position with a 90-120 day trial period in order to determine if both parties are productive in the role. Additional responsibilities may be added based on experience, work load and agency needs. Compensation will be at an hourly rate for the trial period and transition to a salaried role at an agreed upon time. This is a full-time position.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESInclude, but are not limited to, the following:Direct Support of the Founder and Leadership TeamSupport the Founder and Leadership Team in day-to-day priorities, scheduling, and meeting coordinationAttend key meetings and track action items and follow-upsAssist in organizing and advancing internal initiativesHelp anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage logisticsOperational SupportAct as a point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors (HR, IT, Accounting)Support execution of operational processes and systemsAssist with employee and client onboarding and offboarding processesManage office operations and vendor relationshipsIdentify opportunities for improved efficiency and support implementationOffice CultureCoordinate internal meetings, events, and team activitiesHelp maintain strong internal communication across teamsSupport initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experienceAgency Marketing SupportAssist in development of case studies, presentations, and award submissionsSupport new business materials and agency marketing initiativesHelp maintain agency website updatesQUALIFICATIONS0-1 year of relevant experience in operations, agency, or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with Squarespace and design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusSocial media experience a plus but not a requirementBENEFITSThe mental health and well-being of our team members is of the utmost importance to TCPR.
