This role is execution-focused, building core competencies in financial analysis, BI tooling, and SQL while contributing to a collaborative analytics team.\r\nKey Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions\r\nCollect, organize, and analyze financial and business data to create meaningful visualizations, presentations, and dashboards that support strategic and operational goals.\r\nSupport the automation of financial reporting processes, including monthly and quarterly performance dashboards, using tools such as QlikSense, Anaplan, Netsuite and Excel.\r\nPerform financial analysis including variance analysis, budgeting support, and forecasting, integrating BI tools with financial models to contribute to planning processes.\r\nDevelop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases in support of ad hoc and recurring analysis.\r\nIdentify relevant data sources, transform raw data into clean and structured datasets, and build connections between financial and operational data.\r\nPartner with finance teams and business units to understand recurring reporting needs and translate them into dashboard and analytical solutions.\r\nCapture and document business, functional, and data requirements clearly and accurately to support BI development and reporting projects.\r\nAssist in the execution of user acceptance testing, including running test cases and validating data accuracy in financial reports and dashboards.\r\nHelp design, document, and maintain system and reporting processes; track and document changes to functional and business specifications.\r\nParticipate actively in team knowledge-sharing; seek mentorship and apply learnings to continuously improve the quality and impact of analytical output.\r\nPerform other duties as required and assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field\r\n2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role\r\nStrong analytical skills with comfort working across large datasets\r\nSolid Excel skills and exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI, or equivalent\r\nFamiliarity with SQL or demonstrated willingness to develop proficiency\r\nClear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams\r\nCollaborative, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nPrior experience in finance, marketing analytics, business performance reporting, or a related field\r\nExposure to Anaplan or other financial planning tools\r\nMS/MBA degree (or currently enrolled) in a quantitative field\r\nData Center or Technology industry experience\r\nBase Pay Range\r\nAnnualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $105,000.
