Join us.\n\nJob Description\n\nAECOM is seeking a Design Phase Manager (Construction) to be based in Mill Valley, CA\nManages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.\nMay act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.\nManages projects which have greater complexity than a Program Manager III.\nIncreasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.\nExperience managing and conducting workshops with multiple consultants and large, diverse stakeholder groups\nAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring projects are on budget, schedule and delivered with high quality\nExperience with Proposal development is highly desired.\nWorking with office suite is preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.\nWorking with project management software is highly preferred.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nMust be able to successfully pass client background check\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrate the ability to lead a high preforming team providing collaborative integrated leadership.
