Job DescriptionAre you an experienced technician ready to take the next step in your career? As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting efficient production operations. In this role, you will work independently, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with engineers and fellow technicians.Compensation & ScheduleStarting Pay $31.45/hour (paid weekly)Shift Differential 10% for night shiftSchedule Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)What You’ll DoEnsure safe and reliable operation of production and packaging equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance independentlyTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems with minimal supervisionSupport and execute equipment changeovers and line setupsIdentify equipment issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actionsAccurately document maintenance work, downtime, and repairs in CMMS systemsFollow and continuously improve standard work procedures and maintenance practicesCollaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers to resolve equipment issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)Assist in training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I team membersMaintain a clean and safe work environment and actively support safety initiativesBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair equipment independentlyExperience performing preventive maintenance and documenting work ordersBasic ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manualsFamiliarity with CMMS systems and standard computer skillsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailDemonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvementWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with conveyors, automated systems, or packaging equipmentBasic experience with PLC troubleshooting or HMI systemsExperience participating in root cause analysis or continuous improvement initiativesWhat We OfferOpportunities for career advancement to Maintenance Technician III or Engineering rolesOngoing technical training and skill developmentA team-oriented work environmentCompetitive pay and benefitsApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
