If you like building, learning, and want to make a real impact, come join us!About The RoleExaCare AI is hiring an AI Systems Lead to build and operate the internal AI engine that powers how the company scales. This cross-functional role sits across Sales, RevOps, Growth, BizOps, and more, and is responsible for designing and implementing the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that drive efficiency across the company. We are looking for someone to own, stand up, and grow this function. This is a mission critical role needed for ExaCare to sustain and accelerate its current growth trajectory and will play a central part in shaping how ExaCare scales over the next several years.Working closely with the leadership teams, this individual will focus on building the systems, workflows, and internal tooling necessary to enable our team to operate efficiently. They will be tasked with thinking through how we can feasible go from 1,500 facilities to more than 10,000 facilities. This person will be foundational in identifying operational bottlenecks and leveraging data and insights to improve how our teams work and implement scalable solutions that increase the speed and capacity needed for ExaCare to achieve its goals. This is a hands-on builder role. You will be expected to design, prototype, and ship systems directly, not just define requirements or manage projects. Success is defined by how much time is saved across teams and how effectively AI is embedded into day-to-day workflows.This role requires a highly technical operator who can move between strategy and execution, build systems end to end, and work cross-functionally to deploy scalable solutions and is motivated by building the foundational systems.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and deploy internal tools, data pipelines, and AI workflows that are used daily across sales, ops, and productWork directly with teams across BizOps, Sales, Product, and Data to identify problems and ship solutions, including but not limited to: BizOps - customer onboarding capacity tools and automation of manual implementation tasks Sales - Knowledge transfer systems, data aggregation, and playbooks across the sales lifecycleProduct - Build systems to track customer requests, feature demand, and shifting timelines to help prioritize product roadmapData - Build and own the company’s source of truth across data sources Identify manual, repetitive, or fragile workflows and develop scalable solutions through automation, internal tooling, and process redesignUse data and operational insights to identify risk areas, surface opportunities, and recommend improvements as we continue to expand our product and verticals; this could include establishing new processes, adoption of third-party tools, internal automation or other development, new role hirings Own and prioritize the roadmap for operational improvements across functions, ensuring the highest impact initiatives are executed as the company scalesStandup, manage, and grow the AI Strategy & System function and teamWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations or similar functions in high-growth tech-forward environmentsExperience in a high growth tech SaaS environment is strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or a related fieldA strong track record of moving from problem identification to successful implementation, especially in ambiguous environments, with the ability to go deep into operational detailsExperience building or improving systems, workflows, and operational processes that support scaleDemonstrated ability to work on and understand technically complex projects Experience designing system architecture for internal tools, including data flow, dependencies, and scalability considerationsHigh comfort building with APIs, LLMs, data pipelines, and automation tools, with a bias toward hands-on implementationPrior experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives with significant ownershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBenefits + PerksCompetitive salary and equity in a high-growth startupFlexible PTO, take what you needMedical, dental, and vision coverageGreat startup culture, including company off-sitesHigh-achieving team, including ex-Amazon engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and moreAn insight into our Core ValuesOnly the best belong hereWe are unapologetic about talent.
