We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and play a key role in advancing our manufacturing capabilities. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, process improvement, and driving quality in a fast-paced production environment, this is the role for you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Process Engineer, you’ll establish, maintain, and continually improve our manufacturing processes and systems. You’ll focus on improving quality, reducing costs, and creating best practices that make our operations stronger and more efficient.\n\nYour day-to-day impact will include:\n\nOrganizing, implementing, and maintaining production processes\n\nDeveloping assembly instructions, workmanship standards, and process documentation\n\nDriving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings\n\nPerforming root cause analysis and corrective actions for process, machine, and programming issues\n\nPartnering with design engineering on DFX (Design for Cost, Test, Manufacturability, and Assembly)\n\nResearching and justifying new technologies to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase capacity\n\nProgramming manufacturing and inspection equipment\n\nLiaising with suppliers to strengthen manufacturing processes\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nWe’re looking for a collaborative problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and a passion for process excellence.\n\nKnowledge & Skills:\n\nAdvanced expertise in PCBA manufacturing and assembly processes\n\nWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing\n\nFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards\n\nStrong technical writing and documentation skills\n\nAnalytical skills with the ability to research, analyze trends, and present data clearly\n\nProficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and process documentation\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\n\nStrong communication skills across all levels of the organization\n\nAbility to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\n5+ years’ relevant process engineering experience\n\nTechnical degree preferred but not required\n\nPrevious experience in an electronic and/or electromechanical manufacturing environment\n\nPrior experience in ISO-9000, 13485, or AS-9000 environments\n\nHands-on experience with PCBA assembly processes and equipment, including programming, setup, and operation OR hands-on experience with cable and box build processes and equipment\n\nWhy Join Intervala?\n\nAt Intervala, you’ll be part of a team that thrives on innovation, precision, and collaboration.
