Job Description Lettuce Entertain You – AbaPosition: Service ManagerLocation: Dallas, TXPay: $65,000-$75,000/yearLettuce Entertain You is looking for a Service Manager with 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.Job SummaryLeads daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest and team experience. Oversees FOH and BOH teams, drives sales, manages costs, and supports the General Manager in growing the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily shifts (opening/closing) for smooth, efficient operationsCoach, develop, and support FOH & BOH team membersDeliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quicklyAssist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementSupport sales growth and cost control initiativesConduct pre-shift meetings, line checks, and shift walk-throughsEnsure food quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance standardsManage cash handling, nightly reporting, and labor controlsOversee inventory, ordering, and product qualityRequirementsAbility to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsFlexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and sanitation standardsAdditional ExpectationsPromote teamwork and a positive cultureMaintain professionalism with guests, vendors, and team membersComplete required training (including alcohol awareness)Perform other duties as assignedAbout UsAbaLocated on South Congress at Music Lane, Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, is a Mediterranean restaurant with a California influence.
