The successful candidate will provide support and bridge the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.\nResponsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:\nAssist the Sales Team with customer follow-up and inquiries, ensuring timely, uninterrupted service and that all customer requirements are met.\nProvide internal backup to Sales through the provision of data and responses to departmental inquiries.\nEnsure documentation records are maintained for all customers.\nEnsure continuous communication of customer information to all internal departments.\nEnsure that company policies and procedures are followed.\nAligning program activities with the organization’s goals and mission statements.\nPrepare informative progress reports and presentations as needed.\nRequirements:\nPost-Secondary Education in a business-related field of study.\nExcellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills.\nStrong decision making and problem-solving skills.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)\nAbility to:\nManage multiple programs at any given time.\nWork under pressure with minimal supervision.\nCommunicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing.\nMaintain accurate and detailed documentation.\nWork independently and as part of a larger team.\nTake initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nThis position requires a criminal background check. A conditional offer of employment will be made, and applicants must consent to the check.
