We service all of New England with regional representatives to provide unmatched customer service and support.Visit our Website: www.tdmgo.comPosition SummaryThe Parts Specialist is directly responsible for supporting the Parts and Service Departments along with processing all required paperwork in regards to parts and inventory activity.Functions And ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers and vendors through phone, email, sales and service in a timely mannerProvide parts, pricing and availability information to customersResponsible for placing orders and shipping to customersResponsible for accurate inventory controlsPlace weekly stock orders using NDS as a guideAny relevant duties that may be assignedDesired Education/ExperienceMinimum: High School diploma or GED preferredKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesGood knowledge of stockroom inventory practicesAccuracy in keeping records of items received and issuedAccuracy in maintaining perpetual inventoryMust have strong computer skillsAble to work cooperatively with peers to achieve established goals.
