Title: Learning Design AnalystPay Rate: $35- $40/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Address: Chicago IL 60606Contract: 6+ MonthsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and produce learning assets (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, training decks)Translate complex content into clear, structured, and visually effective formatsApply brand guidelines consistently across learning materialsSupport development of digital learning content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate and basic video creation/editing tools (such as Colossyan, Synthesia or iMovie)Improve readability, flow, and usability of existing materialsPartner with program leads and subject matter experts to iterate quickly on contentMaintain visual consistency and templates across the learning programManage multiple requests and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environmentImprove clarity and comprehension of content through effective visual design and layoutLeverage AI and tools to accelerate content developmentEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in graphic design, learning design, or content designStrong ability to translate information into clear visual formatsProficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, or similarExperience creating structured content (e.g., presentations, guides, learning materials)Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quicklyAbility to take direction and iterate based on feedbackA portfolio is required to be considered for this position.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience working within brand guidelinesExposure to corporate or B2B environmentsBasic understanding of user experience or information design principlesExperience supporting learning or training programsFamiliarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise or similar)EDUCATIONBachelors degree in Design, Communications, Education, or a related field.
