The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, automation scripting, system resiliency, and chaos engineering practices to ensure highly scalable and reliable enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive performance test strategies and test plans.Develop, execute, and maintain automated performance testing scripts using tools such as:JMeterLoadRunnerSimilar performance engineering toolsConduct:Load testingStress testingSoak/endurance testingScalability testingAnalyze application and infrastructure metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and resilience.Drive performance tuning initiatives across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure layers.Support chaos engineering initiatives and validate system behavior under failure scenarios.Prepare detailed performance analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvements.Ensure systems meet SLAs, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.Strong expertise in creating performance test strategies and frameworks.Hands-on experience with:JMeterLoadRunnerPerformance monitoring and profiling toolsExtensive experience in:Load testingStress testingSoak/endurance testingInfrastructure metrics analysisStrong understanding of system performance tuning and bottleneck analysis.Experience with Chaos Engineering concepts and practices.Knowledge of resiliency, reliability, and high-availability engineering.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise-scale distributed systems.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Splunk.Knowledge of microservices and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).Employment TypeContract / Full-Time (Based on project requirements)Work LocationPhoenix, Arizona (Onsite/Hybrid based on client requirements)
