Medical Assistant - CBC - Full-Time - Days

Job Description PURPOSE OF JOB : Responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on assignment, as well as assisting providers with patient care and handling clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinical services. OR 2 + years experience working as a MA may be considered in lieu or MA program completion 1 + years working as a Front Desk Coordinator/ Clinical Support Specialist at any Penn Medicine entity may be considered in lieu of MA program completion. Additional Requirements: BLS/ CPR, as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association Medical Assistant Certification (Required within 90 days of hire)
