teams including engineering, architecture, product, security, and operations.Identify risks, manage escalations, and remove blockers to ensure successful program delivery.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams.Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Drive alignment across teams and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.Support continuous improvement efforts by leveraging data, metrics, and retrospective feedback.Partner with technical teams to understand architecture, system design, and implementation
