Together with the Product and Design team, you will help the company expand into new markets and verticals.\nThe Skill Set:\nUtilize experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS)Build complex mobile applications with reusable components, leveraging best practices for React Native, Android and iOS\nLeverage REST APIs to query and process large volumes of data in parallel and in the background\nApply expertise on core Javascript concepts like web workers, closures, promises etc.\nDemonstrate strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams\nBe willing and able to understand the customer’s issues, and write holistic coding solutions keeping them in mind.\nStay up to date with tooling and best practices, help drive the team toward improvement and innovation\nEstimate effort and risk accurately prior to building new functionality\nReview peers’ code, ensure only the highest quality commits enter the codebase, help the team grow\nUnderstand manipulation of git branches and commits\nFocus on delivering quality solutions by thoroughly testing code prior to handing over to QA, write unit tests, and exercise best practices such as Test Driven Development\nAdapt mockups into a functioning solution\nApply experience and best practices on Redux\nDemonstrate excellent and persistent problem solver who enjoys a challenge\nWithin 60 Days, You'll:\nBecome an expert in the functionality and codebase of the mobile application\nBecome familiar with the main modules of the web application\nComplete our Sitetracker Engineering Development Plan and be fully ramped on our technology stack and established design patterns\nBe a consulted contributor as part of one of our SCRUM teams\nDeliver enhancements and bug fixes which are rolled out to customers\nWithin 180 Days, You'll:\nBecome a main contributor to our mobile codebase\nHelp investigate and resolve production issues\nHave a thorough understanding of the full mobile application and suggest improvements to improve performance and scalability\nParticipate in architecting and design discussions that will influence the future of our application\nProvide valuable feedback to other team members through code reviews\nDeliver several larger enhancements that have been successfully deployed to customers with positive results\nDeliver small bug fixes on the web platform that are delivered to our customers\nWithin 365 Days, You'll:\nBe a point of reference for the mobile application\nHave a full understanding of our entire web platform\nLead other junior engineers into building new modules for the application\nThe actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience\n\nFor Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,500 to $160,500.\nFor California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,500 to $170,500\nFor New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,500 to $170,500\nFor Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,500 to $170,500\n\nAbout Sitetracker\nSitetracker was founded ten years ago with the singular focus of solving a problem that was first recognized within the telecommunications industry; how to effectively manage the volume, variety, and velocity of critical infrastructure projects needed to meet the demand of expanding wireless and cellular service.
