Job Title : AV Support Technician Rahway, NJ 07065 May 22nd - June 30th Job Description: 1. Video Conferencing, Events & Meeting Support • Prepare and test conferencing systems before meetings. • Ensure displays, microphones, speakers, and cameras work correctly. • Support hybrid meetings (onsite + remote). • Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues during sessions. • Monitor active conferences to maintain quality. • Resolve issues quickly to avoid broadcast or presentation disruptions. 2. Meeting Room Preparation & Inspections • Prepare meeting rooms before scheduled bookings. • Verify all required equipment is present and functional. • Test displays, speakers, microphones, and conferencing hardware. • Identify and address issues before meetings start. • Report missing or damaged equipment. 3.
