In addition, this position will offer the opportunity to work with cross functional teams to analyze data, provide management with a fair assessment of key projects including how we can optimize it in a way that helps to generate superior business results for the company; as well as support continuous improvement activities to achieve world class financial reporting standards.\n\n*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*\n\nThe Site Controller is responsible for leading the financial function for the site and actively participates in the operations side of the business as a member of the site leadership team. He/she will ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting; design and maintain a strong internal control environment; provide thorough analysis of the financial implication of operating decisions and issues; and prepare and present clear explanations of variances and financial results. Key financial processes include monthly close, P&L management, financial forecasts, and annual operating plans. He/she understands and aligns business operations and Finance as he/she executes his/her role to exceed customer expectations aligned with Mosaix Mechanical (MM) business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives.\n\n· Manage the finance process for the entire site\n\n· Manage the site financial team, supervise inventory control, and partner with site management to achieve financial and operating objectives\n\n· Provide analytical support to promote continuous improvement for all activities and processes of the plant\n\n· Analyze month end results: P&L and Balance Sheet, including variance analysis\n\n· Develop month end results package for the site to present to Senior Management\n\n· Provide monthly financial forecasts and analysis\n\n· Provide key decision support to plant management\n\n· Coordinate the site annual budget process; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, with a complete understanding of all risks and opportunities\n\n· Monitor and work with site management to validate savings\n\n· Provide analytical support for cross functional projects, including but not limited to customer profitability analysis and pricing\n\n· Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies\n\n· Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls\n\n· Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits (primarily inventory and fixed assets); provide information to internal & external auditors\n\n· Monthly invoices - complete invoices for customers, prepare and compile job cost reports.
