The team focuses on enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions and technologies, aiming to create a seamless digital ecosystem that improves operational efficiency and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and Deliver Training: Create design principles, templates, and engaging learning artifacts using Articulate Storyline 360, SCORM Cloud, and PowerPoint. Learning Strategy and Standards: Recommend and implement best practices, ensure ADA compliance, and maintain compatibility with LMS infrastructure. Content Improvement: Incorporate feedback, update content, and maintain governance processes. Qualifications 5+ years in digital learning design, experience with K-12 education preferred. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, and instructional technologies. Operational knowledge of LMS, xAPI, cmi5, and emerging tech. Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. Passion for educational opportunities; ability to travel 4-6 times/year.
