Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and related software on prim and in the cloud.\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.\nInstall and maintain infrastructure services including: Servers, Storage, KVM, etc as required in support of enterprise operations.\nImplement and manage security measures to comply with DoD/IC policies and regulations.\nConduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.\nAdminister and support physical and virtual servers across multiple sites.\nEnsure proper configuration and health of server hardware, including storage and compute resources.\nDevelop and implement scripts to automate system administration tasks.\nProvide advanced support for technical issues escalated from lower tier administrators or end users.\nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\nCollaborate with other teams to support system integrations and new initiatives.\nAssess system performance and scalability to ensure infrastructure can support future growth.\nQualifications:\nAssociates degree, or five (5+) years’ of practical experience in system administration management.\nDoD 8570 / 8140 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order.\nApplicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified.\nCloud certified.\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level with eligibility for SCI / Counter Intelligence Polygraph.
