No previous experience needed!\n\nThis position is an 8-10 hour shift: M-F with every other Saturday depending on production. Starting at up to $21 per hour!\n\n2pm-10pm, or 2pm-midnight if required OT\n\nDuties include:\n\nReceive instructions and work orders for the job from Team Leader.\nPlan details of working procedure and gather tools and materials required. (ie. wood, racks, spacers, clamps, etc.)\nExamine products for defects, such as deep scratches, bent material, bow, dents and flatness.\nReport identified defects to Team Leader\nRack/Stack product based on production specs, and notes, to prevent shifting/damage and meet customer requirements. Report any discrepancies to Team Leader.\nChange out canes using various hand tools and properly secure then to the load bars to ensure successful and safe production.\nAffix aluminum to canes using proper and various clamps for each order to ensure quality material.\nComply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
