Warehouse Manager

*Job Summary* The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products in a distribution center. They will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy. *Duties* - Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution - Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback - Implement and maintain processes to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement - Oversee fleet management and transportation planning for inbound and outbound logistics - Monitor and optimize freight costs while ensuring on-time delivery of goods - Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment - Lead initiatives to streamline warehouse processes and enhance overall operational efficiency *Qualifications* - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a distribution center environment - Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, materials management, and order fulfillment processes - Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and customers efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.47 - $17.84 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call Ability to Relocate: Little Rock, AR 72205: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
