This includes developing plans to improve efficiency, safety and SLA performance.\nTo be successful as a CI analyst you should be able to derive insights from large amounts of data that support and guide optimal project performance. You should also be meticulous when it comes to preparing documentation and reports.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO\nContribute to project planning, budgeting and overall strategy\nConduct and present feasibility analyses for proposed projects\nEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)\nMonitor and evaluate the overall project\nAnalyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance.\nIdentify project shortfalls and recommend remediation opportunities\nProvide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.\nPrepare, review and maintain project documentation and reports.\nPartner with Operations leadership to drive improvements that benefit the customer experience.\nLead projects with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to address gaps and improve processes.\nProvide In-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities.\nManaging compliance with audits and certifications.\nSupport environmental sustainability efforts in line with corporate goals.\nQUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications needed in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.\nEducation/Certifications:\nDegree in business, administration, or a technical field is desired.\nKnowledgeable in all phases of the six sigma, with Green Belt Preferred\nExtensive experience in Microsoft software\nWork Experience:\n3-5 years of experience in the coordination and implementation complex projects.\n3-5 years of experience optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations.\nKnowledge and or working experience with automation (Autostore, Exotec, Caja).\nExperience in facility and process redesign and implementation.\nSkills/Competencies:\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others.\nStrong organizational, management, and supervisory skills\nDemonstrated ability to expedite several projects simultaneously.\nProficient in Microsoft Applications\nAbility to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.\nExceptional attention to detail\nSets plans & objectives, clearly monitors their progress through completion.\nExcellent verbal, written communication skills\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\n\n$67,300.00 - $78,300.00\n\nThe salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:\nUS - IN Mooresville Distribution Center\n\nIndividual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
