Customer Service Intern
The Customer Service Intern will answer inquiries about customer accounts, investigate issues, and resolve them in a timely manner. They will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer.
Responsibilities
Customer service in an office environment
Sales support skills (existing or ability to learn them)
Ability to learn and decipher product line
Order entering administration
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solver with the ability to multitask using judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills
