This individual will manage the accounting team and serve as a key partner to leadership on financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting\nPrepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules\nOwn revenue recognition under ASC 606, including complex SaaS and subscription-based arrangements\nDevelop and maintain SaaS performance metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and related KPIs\nPartner closely with FP&A to align financial reporting with forecasting and planning\nPrepare financial reporting packages for private equity sponsors and board-level presentations\nLead lender reporting and ensure ongoing covenant compliance\nOversee core accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and general ledger activities\nManage subscription billing platforms and ERP system integrations\nEnsure tax compliance across sales tax, income tax, and applicable international requirements\nOversee cash forecasting and liquidity management\nDrive process improvements and automation to scale the accounting function efficiently\nEstablish, maintain, and enhance internal controls appropriate for a private company environment\nCoordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit and tax preparation processes\nPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives\n\nQualifications\n\nCPA required; Big 4 or top-tier public accounting background preferred\n7+ years of progressive accounting experience; preffered: including 2+ years in a SaaS IT\nStrong technical accounting expertise, particularly in ASC 606 revenue recognition\nExperience operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with evolving priorities\nExperience managing international or distributed teams\nAdvanced Excel skills; SQL experience a plus\nExperience managing subscription billing platforms and ERP systems\nERP implementation experience a plus\nInternational contractor payment experiences preferred\nM&A experience a plus\nExperience monetizing payments is a plus\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders\n\nBenefits\n\nBe part of one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States\nReceive competitive compensation that includes a robust benefits package - medical, dental, vision, STD, HSA, FSA, free virtual mental health counseling, and many perks related to health and wellness provided by our medical carriers\nMedical insurance coverage is effective on the first day of employment\n401(k) match that is 100% immediately vested\nDiscretionary and charitable time off program\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
