Paralegal / Contract Specialist

We’re supporting a General Counsel in Fullerton, CA who is seeking a Contract Paralegal / Contract Specialist to assist with contract drafting, redlining, review, vendor agreements, and general legal support. This is a great fit for someone who can jump in quickly, work independently, and support a lean legal function.About the RoleYou will work directly with the General Counsel to support day‑to‑day contract operations, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and organizing commercial agreements. This is a full‑time onsite contract role with an immediate start.ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Counsel with day-to-day legal and administrative matters in a fast-paced environmentDraft, review, revise, and organize contracts and legal documentation including subcontract agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, service agreements, change orders, amendments, and related project documentationAssist with contract administration, tracking, execution, and document managementOrganize and maintain legal files, records, and compliance documentationSupport vendor onboarding processes including insurance certificates, lien waivers, and related compliance materialsCoordinate with internal teams regarding contract status, documentation, and legal requestsAssist with employment-related documentation and administrative legal matters as neededHelp streamline and organize legal processes to support anticipated company growthIndependently manage priorities and take ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervisionQualificationsPrior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Contracts Administrator, or similar legal support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience reviewing and revising contracts and legal documentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExperience supporting an in-house legal department is a plusExperience in construction, engineering, subcontractor, or project-based industries is strongly preferredExposure to construction law and/or employment law is a plusDisruptiX Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
