The successful candidate will be leading the technical support of a large IT program under an established contract vehicle. Day to day tasks will require blending commercial strategy experience, knowledge of the federal landscape, and PMO support with leading-edge technical capabilities. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. We are seeking a respected leader who demonstrates proactive contract management, excellent communication skills, and aligns with our company's core values. Tasks may include assisting with:\nManaging a team of 30+ personnel to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services and solutions.\nLeading personnel within the following disciplines: Offensive and defensive cybersecurity, DevOps engineering, A&A process guidance, and strategic communication.\nInteracting with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors.\nAssisting with management of subcontractor relationships and documentation, including approving invoices, coordinating NDA and subcontract documentation, reviewing Monthly Status Reports, and monitoring budgets.\nManaging and producing client deliverables in support of cybersecurity services.\nUpdating and maintaining project management artifacts, such as risk registers, budgets, and staffing plans.\nDemonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving skills.\nCommunicating effectively in written and verbal formats, addressing client needs, and contributing to the development of a business vision while managing implementation efforts.\nManaging project planning, both tactically and strategically, to grow the program.\nTraveling to additional program sites across the country as required (less than 20%).\nAnalyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards for scheduled projects.\nAssigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring progress towards established milestones.\nHolding regular technical team meetings to address questions or challenges regarding projects.\nDetermining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members on specific projects or initiatives.\nResearching and evaluating hardware and software technology options, conducting cost/benefit analysis for large purchases on behalf of the company.\nRecruiting and training exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the program's scope.\nRequired Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience managing projects and/or leading technical teams\nProject Management Professional Certification(s)\nPrevious experience working with and leading teams of cybersecurity and platform engineers\nKnowledge and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization process\nFamiliarity with offensive and defensive cybersecurity, SIEMs, and cybersecurity software tools\nAbility to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels\nStrong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills\nDemonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods\nExperience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the broader IT industry\nProven ability to work collaboratively and promote a teamwork mentality\nExcellent time management and organizational skills, with experience guiding others in these areas\nStrong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising department teams\nBA/BS degree in a technical or business field\nUS Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance or higher level clearance\nIn addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess the following leadership and cultural fit qualities:\nProven ability to build strong relationships with senior Air Force leaders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience\nDemonstrated experience in contract management and proactive identification of potential risks or challenges\nAdept at fostering a positive work environment and aligning with Dark Wolf Solutions' core values\nA team player with an outgoing demeanor, able to seamlessly integrate
