Senior Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a well-established, growth-focused consumer products organization that’s expanding its Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working beyond spreadsheets—partnering directly with Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial leaders to shape long-term business decisions.ResponsibilitiesSupport network and sourcing analyses that assess cost, service, and scalabilityPartner with procurement and supply planning teams to model contract structures, pricing dynamics, and cost sensitivityEvaluate trade-offs between operational efficiency and commercial objectivesAnalyze customer, channel, and product economics to inform pricing and margin decisionsSupport revenue and promotional effectiveness analysis in partnership with commercial teamsProvide insight into mix, volume, and margin driversDevelop investment models for capital projects, innovation pipelines, and productivity initiativesAssess ROI, risk, and long-term value creation across strategic scenariosSupport leadership with clear recommendations grounded in dataRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field3–5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or operations analyticsExposure to food & beverage manufacturing, CPG, or adjacent supply chain environments strongly preferredAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsComfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholdersSelf-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCompensation & Work ModelBase salary range: $75,000 - $100,000Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in the Boulder areaHigh-visibility role with strong exposure to senior leadershipInterested?
